We consider the quality of our products and our customer service as the two most important factors influencing your shopping experience and satisfaction as a customer. The guidelines below will help us to better serve you and we ask that you read them prior to placing your order with us.

Placing Orders

You can place your orders directly from the website 24/7, or you are welcome to call us at 817.714.0914. All major credit cards are accepted for payment through PayPal. If you would like to pay by check, please let us know and we will assist you with that.

Generally, all orders are shipped within three (3) business days of receipt of order, excluding holidays. On occasion, an order may be slightly delayed. In that case, you will be notified and given a new timeframe.

All monogrammed items require 7-10 days plus shipping time. Please see Monogrammed Items below for additional information.

All purchases made in the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Monogrammed Items

All monogramming is done by an outside source. They require at least 7-10 days to complete our work. During holidays and busier times of the year, they may require more time.

If your order has to be expedited, we will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule, however, it may not always be possible. Please let us know about any specific timeframe you have so that we can schedule our work accordingly.

You will receive an estimated time of completion after placing your order.

Monogrammed items may not be returned. If we have any questions about your monogram request, we will email you or call you for clarification.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is marked 'out of stock' and you are interested in purchasing it, please let us know. Very often we can accommodate your request by having the item made sooner than it may otherwise be available on the website.

Returns & Refunds

All items, except custom orders and monogrammed items, can be returned. We will only accept returned items that are unused and are not damaged. If you received a damaged item, please notify us immediately. Once we receive the returned item, you will be given a full refund, less shipping/handling charges, a credit or you may exchange the item for something of equal value

Refunds will be given in the manner in which payment was initially received. If you paid by credit card, a credit card refund will be issued. Likewise, if you paid by check, a check will be issued.

Shipping Options

Our shipping options are UPS ground and 2nd day air, USPS Parcel Post, Priority or Express. All other shipping options must be requested.

Please note that UPS is the only service that guarantees delivery as specified. The USPS does not guarantee timely deliveries. A USPS Priority shipment is supposed to be 2-3 days, however it could be longer. USPS shipments are also more difficult to track than UPS shipments.

This is especially important to remember if you need your order by a specific date and during holidays.

Shipping charges are for a single address shipment. If you would like us to ship items to separate addresses we will be happy to do so but additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us if this is something you would like us to do for you.

International Shipping

International shipments are made via the USPS. Large orders may be subject to additional shipping charges and will be determined at the time of ordering.

Canadian shipments are sent via USPS and shipping charges will appear upon placement of the order.

Product Photos/Representations

The true beauty and quality workmanship of our products can only be appreciated when you see and feel them. We do our best to give accurate representations of the products with our photos and accompanying descriptions. Still, there are times when the color in a photo may appear somewhat different from the actual product. We apologize for any discrepancies.

If any revisions have been made to an item and we were not able to post a new photo, we will notify you of this prior to shipping.
